About us
Plaza Builders Ltd are a Nottingham based civil engineering contractor working in partnership with Main Contractors & Developers on varied commercial & residential projects throughout the East Midlands.
Formed in 2009, We undertake projects with groundwork values ranging from £250k to £4M+. Our continuous long term working relationships with numerous Main Contractors extending well over 10 years is proof of the partnering ethos we maintain within our business.

Plaza undertake work in many commercial sectors with a particularly strong presence in the education sector. We work alongside a number of 'Tier 1' main contractors delivering these projects in partnership. Our collaborative approach has ensured a strong trust has been built up between parties which reflects in the continuous workstream and the long standing relationships.
RESIDENTIAL
Plaza undertake the supply & install all infrastructure roads, sewers & services works to housing projects within the East Midlands. We also deliver all substructure works to plots up to DPC and completion of external hard landscaping. Our accreditations allow us to act as 'Principal Contractor' for the infrastructure & substructure delivery reducing the developers commitments for the first stages of the projects and therefore reducing their preliminary costs.
AGGREGATES, TIPPER & GRAB HIRE
Plaza can supply & deliver any aggregates you may require. We can also arrange muck away with our tippers/grab hire. Should you have a requirement for this please call the main office and we shall provide a quotation.
